Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra guides the mind into deeply restorative Theta and Delta brainwave states, similar to the most rejuvenating stages of sleep.  In this state, the nervous system relaxes, rebalances, and gently resets as if you’ve had a beautiful massage to your brain! Done with full consciousness, it allows the practitioner to access layers of the subconscious mind.
